North 4th Street will be closed between East Avenue A and East Avenue B starting at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 3, 2025. The closure is to allow the City Forestry Division to remove a boulevard tree. The work is expected to be completed by noon the same day.
There will not be a detour during this period. The city has asked for patience from those affected by the closure.
