River Road near the railroad bridge in Bismarck will be reduced to one lane starting on Labor Day, September 1, 2025. The lane reduction is due to scheduled bridge work and is expected to last for about one week. Both northbound and southbound traffic will remain open, with movement managed by traffic signal trailers.
