The Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library is set to host an Adult Dance Exploration Series, offering participants a chance to engage in various dance styles. This series will be led by an experienced instructor from Northern Plains Dance and will cover the fundamentals of Hip Hop, Jazz, Ballet, Modern Dance, and K-pop choreography.
"Dance is not just a great way to relieve stress and boost mood," the announcement states. "It’s also a fantastic social activity." The event promises attendees an opportunity to stay active and make new friends in a welcoming community environment.
The series is sponsored by the Friends of the Bismarck Public Library and will run from June 10 through July 10, 2025. Sessions are scheduled from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm on specific dates for each dance style: Hip Hop on June 10, Jazz on June 23, Ballet on June 26, Modern Dance on July 8, and K-pop on July 10.
The events will take place at Meeting Room A in the Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library. They are free and open to all adults. Media representatives are also invited to attend.
