Its Confidential- NDTip removes all identifying information before law enforcement sees it, and there is no way to identify the sender.
Its For Everyone- Anyone with a smart phone may send an anonymous tip using the NDTip app.
NDTip is not a substitute for calling 911 during an immediate emergency. Calling 911 is the most reliable, quickest way to get help and ensure officer response. Please note that tip lines may not be immediately monitored and response may vary by department.
