North Dakota Agricultural Products Utilization Commission to review project funding requests

The North Dakota Agricultural Products Utilization Commission is scheduled to meet on Wednesday, November 19, and Thursday, November 20, 2025, at the Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corporation in Jamestown, North Dakota. The meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday and continue at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday.

The agenda for the two-day meeting includes a business session to review minutes, financials, guidelines and applications, eligibility questions, and other business matters. Several projects seeking funding will be presented over both days.

On Wednesday afternoon, proposals include Rope and Oak Nature Park from Hickson requesting $60,000 for a nature-based agri-tourism project; Kathrein Beef Company from New England requesting $25,000 for marketing and utilization; ND Malting and Hops from Williston seeking $76,800 for marketing efforts; Independent Data Management (MyAgData) from Fargo requesting $250,000 for prototype and technology development; Upside Robotics from Casselton seeking $200,000 for technology development; and AquaHydro LLC from Dickinson asking for $102,670 for prototype work.

Thursday’s session will feature presentations by Agristo North Dakota LLC of Grand Forks requesting $250,000 for marketing activities; AMAR FRESH CHAKKI ATTA CORP. of Southwest North Dakota seeking $250,000 also for marketing; the North Dakota Department of Agriculture of Bismarck requesting $85,000 for marketing purposes; Triple 8 Assets LLC of Williston seeking $250,000 for technology prototyping; and Prospect Growth Inc. of Fargo requesting $75,000.

After these presentations there will be time allocated for discussion followed by funding decisions before adjournment.
