The Agriculture Diversification and Development (ADD) Fund Committee is scheduled to meet on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at the Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corporation in Jamestown, North Dakota. The meeting will begin at 8:50 a.m.
The agenda includes a business meeting where minutes, financials, guidelines and application reviews, eligibility questions, and other business matters will be discussed. Following this, several funding requests from companies involved in agricultural projects across North Dakota will be considered.
Cavendish Farms, Inc., represented by Mark Cormier from Jamestown, has submitted a total project valued at $150 million and is requesting $500,000 in funding. Anchor Ingredients Co., LLC of Fargo, represented by Brian Smith, is seeking $300,000 for a project totaling just over $2.1 million.
After a scheduled break at 10:00 a.m., the committee will review additional applications. Weinlaeder Seed Company of Drayton, represented by Scott Weinlaeder, has a $4 million project with a request for $500,000. Houser Labs, Inc., based in Fargo and represented by Jeremy Houser, is seeking $484,000 toward their $582,600 project. Tracey Hauck from Richardton is requesting $300,000 for a project totaling about $1.25 million.
A discussion period is planned before the committee makes funding decisions at noon. The meeting is expected to adjourn at 12:30 p.m.
