Bismarck State College has announced the launch of its revamped Mystic Athletic Boosters, aiming to provide increased support for its student-athletes as the college transitions into competition within the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA). The announcement was made during the BSC Foundation’s Mystic Brews: Taste of the Hops event.

The new booster club will supplement existing sport-specific programs and scholarship funds. Financial contributions are expected to help BSC’s athletic department and nearly 300 student-athletes as they begin competing against four-year institutions in the NAIA starting with the upcoming season.

“We have almost 300 student-athletes competing at the four-year level of intercollegiate athletics, and we will work relentlessly to provide them every opportunity to maximize their potential,” said Myron Schulz, Director of Athletics at BSC.

For the 2025-26 membership year, donors can expect a unified benefits chart that outlines giving levels beginning at $100. Supporters may receive Mystic gear, bookstore discounts, premium season tickets, and invitations to exclusive events such as the President’s dinner.

“This is a direct way for those who love the Mystics to get involved. Bismarck State College is a premier polytechnic institution located in North Dakota’s finest city. Our mission is to enhance the Mystic student-athlete experience academically, physically and socially, and to provide vibrant activity on campus. We are grateful for the support of MysticNation and the Mystic Athletic Boosters as we transition to this premier NAIA program,” Schulz added.
