Doug Goehring Agriculture Commissioner | North Dakota Department of Agriculture
The North Dakota Department of Agriculture has announced the return of its webisode series, Fresh from North Dakota, for a third year. Three new episodes are planned, with the first released today and additional episodes scheduled each Wednesday through August 20, 2025.
“The series showcases the abundance that grows here and celebrates the efforts of our producers,” said Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring. “We’ve partnered with engaging North Dakota food personalities to show you how to cook a variety of locally-sourced foods.”
This year’s series features chef Trevor O’Clair along with mobile kitchen restaurateurs Sam and Abby Williams. The webisodes will be available on the department’s social media channels and its website at https://www.ndda.nd.gov/freshfromND.
Viewers can pick up a packet containing all recipes featured in the series at participating farmers markets or request one through the department’s website.
Funding for this project comes from the USDA’s Specialty Crop Block Grant Program.
