Senator John Hoeven, U.S. Senator representing North Dakota, recently shared a series of posts on his Twitter account addressing topics ranging from agriculture and education to federal spending.

On July 14, 2025, Hoeven expressed appreciation for the previous administration’s support of American agriculture: "Thanks to the Trump Administration for putting American farmers first. Our sugar farmers work hard to produce the safest, highest quality product in the world."

The following day, July 15, 2025, Hoeven highlighted a meeting with local education leaders: "Met with Superintendents Jeff Fastnacht and Steve Holen from Bismarck Public Schools and McKenzie County Public District to discuss the future of public education in North Dakota and their efforts to support students, schools, and strong local communities."

On July 17, 2025, he addressed concerns over national fiscal policy: "The American people have made it clear that we need to get control of our debt and deficit. This package represents a fraction of our federal budget but is an important step in reining in federal spending. The vast majority of the rescissions come from foreign aid, and will help"

Hoeven has been an advocate for North Dakota's agricultural sector throughout his tenure in Congress. He has also consistently engaged with local educators and school administrators regarding state educational priorities. On fiscal matters, debates over federal budget deficits and foreign aid have remained central issues within Congress during recent years.
