Avenue C between Griffin Street and Hannifin Street will be closed for water line work starting Tuesday, July 15, 2025. The closure is expected to last two days, followed by about three weeks of intermittent shifted lanes. During the full closure, the detour route will include Griffin St, Avenue A, and Hannifin St.
