The Special Commission meeting held on June 4, 2025, commenced at 1:00 PM. The session began with the Pledge of Allegiance at 1:01 PM.

At 1:03 PM, the commission moved to discuss and approve a retirement plan. This was followed by a hearing concerning a petition for the temporary closure of BNI at 1:10 PM.
