The Oliver County Weed Board is scheduled to meet on May 20, 2025, at 2 PM. The agenda includes several key items for discussion and decision-making.
The meeting will begin with a call to order followed by roll call. Members will then review and approve the agenda as well as the minutes from the previous meeting held on May 8, 2025.
Financial matters are set to be addressed with a treasurer's report and discussions regarding the budget for 2026. Other topics include updating maps, discussing the legality of chemical purchases for non-landowners, and reviewing enforcement policies and efforts by weed control officers.
Additionally, the board will discuss the location of weed board equipment and determine the dollar amount that a weed control officer can spend without prior approval.
The next meeting date will be set before adjourning.
