Starting May 19, 2025, and continuing through November 1, 2025, a contractor will undertake a reconstruction project on the Sanford Hospital loading dock area along 7th Street. This project will require periodic closures of the far west southbound lane on 7th Street between Avenue A and Thayer Avenue. Additionally, the sidewalk on the west side of 7th Street will be closed at times between Rosser Avenue and Thayer Avenue. The work is anticipated to last from two days to one week each time, depending on weather conditions.
