The Greater North Dakota Chamber (GNDC) has announced Dr. Ruchi Joshi Bhardwaj as the keynote speaker for the upcoming Women You Need to Know and Watch in ND Business Luncheon set for May 8, 2025. Dr. Bhardwaj's career journey encompasses science, education, innovation, and advocacy, with recent work at Grand Farm. She is recognized as a licensed drinking water treatment plant operator and holds a Ph.D. from North Dakota State University.

Her efforts have led to securing multi-million dollar grants and initiating inclusive regional projects. Besides, Dr. Bhardwaj distinguishes herself with her commitment to mentorship, particularly for women in leadership roles within male-dominated industries. Her mentorship role extends to the FMWF Chamber’s Intentional Collisions for Women, and she is actively involved in multiple advisory boards. In parallel, she has attained roles such as Mrs. North Dakota American Runner-Up and Mrs. Congeniality, alongside obtaining her FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot License.

GNDC President & CEO Arik Spencer stated, “Dr. Bhardwaj brings a unique blend of academic expertise, industry insight, and a strong commitment to mentorship—qualities that align with GNDC’s focus on developing talent and advancing business leadership in North Dakota. We’re pleased to have her share her perspective at this year’s luncheon and look forward to the valuable dialogue her keynote will inspire.”

The luncheon, to be held at Sixteen 03 Main Events in Bismarck from 11:45 AM to 1:00 PM, offers an opportunity for networking, inspiration, and acknowledging contributions by women in business. Registration is available online at ndchamber.com, with limited tickets available.
