Bismarck Public Works changes customer entrance temporarily

The City of Bismarck's Public Works announced a temporary change in the building's entry point. On Friday, March 28, customers are advised to enter through the northwest door, a relocation from the usual southwest corner entrance at 601 South 26th Street.

The Public Works building accommodates several divisions that offer various services to the community. These divisions include Service Operations, City Building Maintenance, Fleet Services, Forestry, Solid Waste, Street Department, Street Light, and Traffic Signal Maintenance. Similarly, Utility Operations encompass Utility Billing, Water Treatment, Water Distribution, Industrial Pretreatment Program, Wastewater Treatment, Sanitary Sewer, and Stormwater Program.

Residents seeking more information can visit the Public Works website or contact the office directly at 701-355-1700 to connect with the desired department.
