HHS awards nearly $1M for opioid programs in North Dakota tribal nations

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has awarded $970,634 to support substance abuse programs in three North Dakota tribal nations.

The funds will be allocated as follows: $425,000 to the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians, $295,634 to the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe, and $250,000 to the Spirit Lake Tribe.
