FAA awards over $13 million for North Dakota airport projects

The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) announced the allocation of $13,300,950 through the Airport Infrastructure Grant (AIG) Program for projects at eight airports across North Dakota.

The funding will be distributed as follows:

- $11,274,198 to the Municipal Airport Authority of the City of Fargo

- $448,000 to Kenmare Airport Authority

- $447,576 to Linton Municipal Airport Authority

- $320,711 to Walhalla Municipal Airport Authority

- $272,732 to Mandan Airport Authority

- $258,553 to Ashley Municipal Airport Authority

- $147,780 to the City of Mohall

- $131,400 to Pembina Municipal Airport Authority

The AIG Program was established by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law to provide airports with funding for modernization and safety projects.
