Census Bureau: 76.8% of people in Morton County were old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 32,916 citizens living in Morton County in 2021, 76.8% were old enough to vote, equating to 25,290 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 12,626 were male, constituting 49.9%, and 12,664 were female, making up 50.1%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Morton County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 76.1%.
