77.2% of Foster County residents old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 3,396 citizens living in Foster County in 2021, 77.2% were old enough to vote, equating to 2,623 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 1,339 were male, constituting 51%, and 1,284 were female, making up 49%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Foster County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 76.1%.
