Census Bureau: 76.3% of people in Burleigh County were old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 97,895 citizens living in Burleigh County in 2021, 76.3% were old enough to vote, equating to 74,723 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 37,335 were male, constituting 50%, and 37,388 were female, making up 50%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Burleigh County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 76.1%.
