Bismarck City Offices, the Landfill, and the Household Hazardous Waste & Electronics Recycling Center will be closed on Tuesday, July 4th.  There will be changes in garbage and recycling collection in observance of the Independence Day holiday.

Holiday Schedule July 3rd through July 7th for Garbage and Recycling Collection:

• Monday’s route will be picked up as normally scheduled.
• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday routes will be delayed by one day all week.  (Example: Tuesday's route will be picked up Wednesday, Wednesday's route will be picked up Thursday, etc.)

Garbage and Recycling must be set out by 6:00 a.m. on collection day and may be set out the evening before collection.  Crews will not be dispatched to return to an address where items were not out in time for the initial collection.

Landfill Hours of Operation

Open on Monday, July 3rd from 8am - 4pm

Closed on Tuesday, July 4th

Open Wednesday through Saturday from 8am - 4pm
