Beth Olshansky | Artist
During this National Arts & Education week, we celebrate educators & institutions who have used art to complement & inspire learning. NDCA's Artist in Residence GRANT will help fund artists to come into the classroom to enhance curriculum. See story below!
In May 2022, NDCA Rostered Teaching Artist Beth Olshansky conducted a 9-day Virtual Picturing Writing Residency for 60 English-learning high school-aged students in Williston. The students were instructed to use crayon resist watercolors to paint pictures and then described them in separate poems.
