North Dakota Council on the Arts issued the following announcement.
As another blizzard approaches ND tomorrow and you may be stuck inside, why not login at 1pm CT, Noon MT, and listen to the winning songs of these AMAZING YOUNG ARTISTS!This annual contest is open to high school students across the country so please share this info with anyone who might be interested in entering the contest in 2022!
