North Dakota Council on the Arts issued the following announcement.
The Jamestown Community Foundation and the Jamestown Fine Arts Association commissioned Linda Roesch to create this vibrant mural on a brick building in Jamestown last August of 2021.
It was completed with matching funds from NDCA's Special Projects Grant Program which provides up to $1,500 for ND groups and individual artists to initiate new art events of all disciplines.
