North Dakota Council on the Arts issued the following announcement on March 29.
It is our mission at ND Council on the Arts to "strengthen the creative capacity of North Dakota for all who live and visit here:
honoring our cultural traditions, empowering excellence and innovation, inspiring arts and culture opportunities for all." So we switched out some icons to represent more of what arts in North Dakota should represent. Can you spot the differences?
