United Tribes Technical College enrolls 429 undergrads

At United Tribes Technical College, 51 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 64 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in Bismarck enrolled 429 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 12.6 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

54 percent of undergraduates are residents of North Dakota, and 46 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as American Indian or Alaska Native (91 percent) and white (5 percent).
