New board members include Glenn Baranko of Baranko Companies, Megan Hruby from Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, Dan Kadrmas with TrueNorth Steel, and Tricia Schlosser representing Century 21 Morrison Realty.
“Our success as an organization depends on leaders who are invested in North Dakota’s future,” said Arik Spencer, GNDC President and CEO. “These new members bring both expertise and a deep commitment to strengthening the environment where businesses can thrive.”
The executive team for 2026 will be led by Chair Danette Welsh from ONEOK, Inc., Vice Chair Jeremy Rham of Otter Tail Power Company, Past Chair Molly Barnes with Northern Improvement Company, Finance Chair Tonya Holmstrom from TSH LLC, Policy Chair Mike Heger with BNI Energy, and Member at Large Troy Walker from Dakota Carrier Network.
Several current board members will continue their service. The list includes representatives from companies such as West Acres Development, Essentia Health, Bartlett & West, Sanford Health, Cirrus Aircraft, among others.
Three outgoing board members—Ryan Ackerman (Ackerman-Estvold), Matt Dunlevy (Aethero), and Don Campbell (Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota)—were thanked for their contributions to the organization.
“The strength of GNDC lies in the diversity of our leadership,” said Danette Welsh, GNDC's Incoming Chair. “Our board and officers represent businesses that drive the state’s economy forward. Together, we’re shaping a future where North Dakota remains a premier place to do business, live, and invest.”
