The North Dakota Secretary of State has launched a contest inviting residents to design the state's next official "I Voted" sticker. The competition, called "I Voted - More Than Just a Sticker," is open to North Dakotans of all ages and artistic backgrounds. The winning design will be featured at polling locations across the state during the June 9, 2026 Primary Election.
Entries for the contest are being accepted until November 15, 2025. After submissions close, a panel will select top designs and the public will vote to determine the winner. The announcement is scheduled for March 2026.
According to the Secretary of State's office: "If your design is selected as the next ‘I Voted’ sticker, you will receive a professionally framed copy of your design, recognition from Secretary Howe during an official ceremony in Bismarck, and the thrill of seeing your design being worn by voters all across North Dakota!"
For those interested in participating or learning more about submission requirements, full details are available on the I Voted Sticker Design Contest page.
