The University of Mary has announced the recipients of its 2025 Alumni Recognition Awards, who will be honored during the annual Alumni Recognition and Hall of Fame Induction Celebration. The event is scheduled for Friday, October 10, at the Lumen Vitae University Center in Founders Hall.
The awards highlight alumni who have demonstrated leadership, creativity, and a positive impact on their communities, reflecting the university’s core values.
“These alumni exemplify the spirit of innovation and service that defines the University of Mary,” said Michael Mortenson, director of Alumni Relationships. “Each of them saw opportunities to lead, to serve, and to make life better for others—whether in their hometowns, their workplaces, or across the nation. Their entrepreneurial drive and commitment to community are a powerful reflection of the Benedictine values at the heart of a Mary education.”

At the University of Mary, he participated in leadership programs and business competitions that contributed to his professional growth. Hager also serves on advisory boards related to cybersecurity both within his company’s industry and at his alma mater.
