Mandan Police Department to hold retirement party for K-9 Kupper on October 10

Mandan Police Department's K-9 Kupper will retire after six years of service. The department is inviting the public to a retirement celebration for Kupper on Friday, October 10 at 2 p.m. The event will take place at Dykshoorn Park, located at 511 W Main St in Mandan.

If there is bad weather, the celebration will be moved indoors to the Community Room at Morton Mandan Public Library.

"Please join us in celebrating Kupper's time with us on Friday, Oct. 10 at 2 p.m. in Dykshoorn Park (511 W Main St, Mandan). In case of inclement weather, the party will be moved into the Community Room at Morton Mandan Public Library," stated the announcement from the Mandan Police Department.
