North 4th Street is scheduled to close between East Avenue F and East Boulevard Avenue starting at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 15, 2025. The closure will allow the City Forestry Division to remove a boulevard tree in that block. Work is expected to finish by the end of the day.
There will be no detour during this time. The city has asked for patience from residents affected by the closure.
