North 4th Street is scheduled to close between East Avenue F and East Boulevard Avenue starting at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 15, 2025. The closure is due to the City Forestry Division's plan to remove a boulevard tree within that block. According to the City of Bismarck, the work is expected to be finished by the end of the day.
No detour will be set up during this period. The city has asked for patience from those affected by the temporary street closure.
