North 4th Street in Bismarck will be closed to traffic between East Avenue D and East Avenue E starting at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 27, 2025. The closure is scheduled so the City Forestry Division can remove two boulevard trees on that block.
According to city officials, the work is expected to be finished by the end of the day. No detour will be provided during this period.
"Your patience is greatly appreciated!" stated city representatives.
The street closure is part of routine maintenance conducted by municipal crews to manage public landscaping and safety.
