North 16th Street in Bismarck will be closed between East Avenue C and East Avenue D starting at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 21, 2025. The closure is scheduled to allow the City Forestry Division to remove a boulevard tree. The work is expected to be finished by noon the same day.
No detour will be provided during this time. Residents are asked for their patience while the work is completed.
