North 16th Street in Bismarck will be closed between East Avenue C and East Avenue D starting at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 21, 2025. The closure is scheduled so the City Forestry Division can remove a boulevard tree. The work is expected to be finished by noon.
There will not be a detour during this time. The city has expressed appreciation for residents’ patience during the closure.
