North 16th Street in Bismarck will be closed between East Boulevard Avenue and Porter Avenue starting at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. The closure is scheduled to allow the City Forestry Division to remove a boulevard tree. According to city officials, the work is expected to be completed by noon the same day.
No detour will be provided during this time. Residents are asked for their patience while the work is underway.
