North 4th Street in Bismarck will be closed between East Avenue A and East Avenue B starting at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 29, 2025. The closure is necessary for the City Forestry Division to remove a boulevard tree. According to the city, the work is expected to be finished by noon.
No detour will be provided during this time. The city asks for patience from residents and drivers affected by the closure.
