Avenue C at Hannifin Street will be closed for water line work starting Tuesday, July 22, 2025. The closure is expected to last two days. During this period, the detour route will include Griffin St, Anderson St, Rosser Avenue, and Raymond St. The work will also involve closing Avenue D between Anderson St. and Raymond St., with limited access on Avenue A & Avenue B at Hannifin St.
