Two former players from the Bismarck Larks have been selected in the 2025 Major League Baseball Draft. The announcement was made by the team.
Corey Braun, a left-handed pitcher who played for Ole Miss and the University of South Florida, was picked by the Athletics in the 8th round as the 230th overall selection. During his time with the Larks in 2024, Braun made six starts and pitched 29 innings with an ERA of 4.85. He completed his college career at South Florida with an 8-4 record and achieved 97 strikeouts over 97 innings while allowing only 24 walks.
