AM Radio Memories & One Hit Wonders with Joey Leone | Facebook
Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library is set to host an event titled “AM Radio Memories & One Hit Wonders with Joey Leone.” The program will explore the era before modern digital music platforms, focusing on the impact of transistor radios.
Joey Leone, a well-known performer and music historian, will guide attendees through songs from the '60s, '70s, and '80s. He will discuss hits by famous artists as well as lesser-known "one-hit wonders." Leone's presentation aims to create a sense of connection through shared musical experiences.
The event is scheduled for Thursday, July 24, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., in Meeting Room A of the Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library. It is free and open to people of all ages. Members of the media are also invited to attend.
