Former Larks pitcher Kai Taylor has taken a significant step in his baseball career by signing with the Schaumburg Boomers. Taylor, who returned to the Larks for a second season in 2025 after being named a 2024 Northwoods League All-Star, is now set to embark on his professional journey.
In the 2025 season, Taylor recorded a 2.49 ERA and achieved 18 strikeouts over 21.2 innings pitched. The previous year, he had the best ERA among qualified pitchers in the Northwoods League at 2.48.
