Motorcyclist dies in high-speed crash in Minot

A fatal motorcycle crash occurred on June 14, 2025, in Minot, North Dakota. The accident took place at around 11:25 a.m. on the 1600 block of 21st Avenue SE.

The crash involved a single vehicle, a 2015 Honda Motorcycle CBR650, driven by William Beeter, a 23-year-old resident of Minot. According to reports, Beeter was traveling westbound toward 13th Street SE at a high speed when he lost control of the motorcycle and crashed into a fixed object. He was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident and sustained fatal injuries.

Agencies responding to the scene included the North Dakota Highway Patrol, Minot Police Department, Minot Fire Department, and Trinity First Response. The road and weather conditions were reported as good at the time of the incident.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol is continuing its investigation into the crash.
