Starting June 2, 2025, one through lane in each direction on 3rd Street between Bismarck Expressway and Main Avenue will be closed for concrete pavement repairs. The remaining lanes are scheduled for repair later this year as part of a subsequent construction phase. The entire project is anticipated to last several months.
