Senator John Hoeven has expressed his condolences following the death of North Dakota Representative Cindy Schreiber-Beck. In a statement, Hoeven praised Schreiber-Beck for her contributions to aviation and public service.

“Cindy Schreiber-Beck was a titan in the field of aviation, an innovator, entrepreneur and a dedicated public servant,” Hoeven said. He highlighted her achievements in business, politics, and particularly her role with the North Dakota Agricultural Aviation Association.

Schreiber-Beck's efforts were instrumental in the establishment of the Northern Plains UAS Test Site, which has been significant for the state's unmanned aviation industry. Hoeven acknowledged that her work and character will continue to benefit North Dakota for years.

He extended his sympathies to Schreiber-Beck's family and friends, saying, “Mikey and I send our deepest condolences to all of Cindy’s family and friends and join with them in mourning her passing, while honoring the tremendous life she lived.”
