The Mandan Public School District has announced a collaboration with Sanford Health to offer sports physicals at Mandan High School this year.
According to Sanford Health, these sports physical events are designed to prepare middle and high school students for safe participation in sports and activities. The visits will include a physical exam, health history review, lifestyle check, and required immunizations. A $35 payment and signed form are required, with parental consent necessary for services. Appointments are recommended. Several sessions are scheduled across the Bismarck region in early June, including one at Mandan High School on June 10, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Mandan High School is located at 2335 4th Ave NW in Mandan, North Dakota (ND). It is led by Principal Mark Andresen along with Assistant Principals Aaron Koenig and Alyssa Caya and Activities Director Mark Weist. The school admits students who have completed eighth grade and received recommendations from their previous school. Transfer students must provide a satisfactory transcript and a North Dakota Department of Health Certificate of Immunization. New students must present proof of identification through student records or a certified birth certificate.
The mission of the Mandan Public School District is to provide students with rigorous and personalized learning experiences while helping them develop social and emotional skills for success. The Mandan School Board consists of nine members serving as the policy-making body for the district during formally called meetings only. The Board sets policies, approves budgets, establishes goals manages property and links the district with the public.
