Rain restrictions across all zones have been lifted, reverting to "by legal weight" regulations unless specified otherwise. This change took effect at 2:40 pm CST on April 28, 2025.
In Zone 2, the rain restriction was lifted earlier at 1:00 pm CST on the same day, also returning to "by legal weight" guidelines unless differently indicated.
However, effective from 6:15 am CST on April 28, 2025, a restriction of 20,000 LBS GVW is now in place for all Williams County and Township gravel and chip seal roads in Zones 2, 4, 5, and 6. This restriction is a response to the recent rainfall, and these roads will continue to be monitored throughout the day. All prior permits for exceeding 20,000 LBS GVW are no longer valid.
