The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) is requesting public comments on a proposed amendment to the 2025-2028 State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP). The amendment aims to incorporate an additional project in the year 2025.

This project involves the removal of a structure situated south of Mandan on North Dakota Highway 1806, with an estimated cost of $300,000.

Individuals interested in reviewing the current STIP can do so by visiting the NDDOT's website at www.dot.nd.gov. The document can be accessed by navigating through the "Construction & Planning" section and the subsequent "Transportation Plans & Programs" subsection, leading to the "Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) 2025-28" link.

Feedback should be directed to Michael Wilz at NDDOT by May 8, 2025. Comments can be sent to 608 E. Boulevard Ave., Bismarck, ND 58505-0700 or via email to mwilz@nd.gov under the subject line "2025 State Federal-Aid Roadway Projects."

The NDDOT commits to considering all requests for reasonable accommodations to provide accessible facilities and services for individuals with disabilities. Additionally, language interpretation and translation services will be made available upon request for this meeting.
