Oliver County announces receipt of emergency operations plan and chemical inventory

The Oliver County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) has announced that it has received and examined the Oliver County Emergency Operations Plan (LEOP) along with the Emergency and Hazardous Chemical Inventory (Tier II) Reports. This action complies with federal law.

The LEPC stated, "In compliance with federal law, the Oliver County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) gives notice that the Oliver County Emergency Operations Plan (LEOP) which includes the Emergency and Hazardous Chemical Inventory (Tier II) Reports have been received and reviewed by the Oliver County LEPC."

These documents are publicly accessible for inspection. Individuals interested in reviewing them may visit the Mercer-Oliver County Emergency Manager’s Office, located within the Mercer County Courthouse at 410 Van Slyck Ave, Stanton, ND. The office hours for public inspection are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
