The Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library is set to host "Families Around the World," an event aimed at celebrating the cultural diversity of the community. The annual event provides an opportunity for attendees to learn about various cultures through cultural and community information tables, activities, music, and dancing. Attendees will also have a chance to enjoy a variety of cuisines and explore the community's cultural traditions.

The "Families Around the World" event is a collaborative effort organized with the Bismarck Library Foundation, Inc., and the Friends of the Bismarck Public Library. It is described as a "joyous celebration of our collective spirit and uniqueness," inviting the Bismarck-Mandan community to experience a global mosaic of cultures.

Scheduled for Monday, April 28, 2025, the festivities will take place on the main floor of the Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. The event is free and open to all ages, with media representatives welcome to attend.

For more information, those interested can contact Traci Juhala, Head of Youth Services at the Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library. Further details and the media kit are available online, and the library maintains a presence on social media for additional updates.
