The North Dakota Department of Transportation has announced scheduled maintenance work on Interstate 29 and Interstate 94 in Fargo, beginning Monday, April 14. The maintenance involves sweeping the interstate barrier walls to remove sand and small debris.

To carry out this work, inside lanes will be temporarily closed, and drivers may experience brief delays. The maintenance project is set to start on southbound Interstate 29 through the city on Monday morning and will then switch to northbound I-29. Following the work on I-29, crews will proceed to eastbound Interstate 94 and conclude on westbound I-94. The project is expected to be completed within the same day.

The North Dakota Department of Transportation issued a reminder to motorists, urging them to "slow down and use caution while driving in work zones."
